Vanessa Osei, ’24, is from New York City, New York. She is interested in pursuing a Global Studies major with a minor in Creative Writing. With a profound fascination with cultures and societies around the globe, Vanessa plans on expanding her knowledge using digital technologies to explore the ways in which she can further understand the world. As a Digital Scholarship Fellow, she looks forward to learning how the combination of her fields of study and computational tools and methods will strengthen her comprehension of peoples, nations, and global politics. Overall, she is excited to learn the use of digital resources in the humanities in a meaningful way.
